Leylands Farm has been successfully running for over 15 years and our visitors are always pleased with their choice, many of whom have been regulars for years. It is therefore best to book your stay well in advance to ensure availability.

Minimum two night stay from April 1st until September 31st 2012:
Single occupant £60 / two people £80 / family of three £100*
One night stay only:
Single occupant £70 / two people £90 / family of three £150*

A full continental breakfast is provided; however, if you have any specific dietary requirements then please let us know in advance of your stay with us.

Booking your stay with us
We are sorry but we unable to accept credit/debit cards. A non-refundable booking deposit will be required and the balance will be due on departure. The accommodation will be ready from 2pm on the day of your arrival and check-out is required by 11 am; we have a no smoking and no pets policy.

We are proud of our 4 diamond rating with VisitEngland and in addition have been awarded a Silver Award in recognition of exceptional quality.

Cancellation Policy
Once your booking has been made and we have received your deposit, if you find it necessary to cancel your stay for any reason, you are liable for the full cost of the accommodation originally booked. We will try and re-let and if successful a refund, less administration fee, will be made.

Within the annexe you will find a presentation basket of hand made soaps by locally based Lynne Storrar, wife of our local Ranger. These make ideal gifts and are available for purchase when you check-out.
